This opportunity to join our amazing team may be just what you are looking for if this position describes you!Hours are generally Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Additional hours, and some holidays, may be required to meet the needs of the business and ensure outstanding services for our customers.Essential Job Functions- Open, sort and distribute incoming mail- Prepare outgoing packages and mail- Create and update records with new files and information- Maintaining accurate and highly organized records- Performs data entry duties- Match invoices to purchase orders- Performs general office tasksSkills, Knowledge, and Abilities- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers; hands-on experience with spreadsheets- Proficient in Excel, Work and Outlook; working knowledge of Great Plain software is a plus!- Strong customer service skills- Able to work weekends and holidays, as required to meet customer needs Physical Activities - Dexterity: Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers- Remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods- Communications: Ability to communicate orally and in written form to exchange information with others internal and external to the organization- Hearing: Regularly understand speech of another in person and via telephone- Vision: Regularly see details of objects close upPhysical Demands- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting and some standing- Frequently required to bend to maintain files- Occasionally lift 5 - 10 pounds Mental Demands- Attention: Required to focus for extended periods of time; assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned, and a high degree of attention to detail- Interact with Others: Develop and maintain relationships with co-workers and vendors- Perform Assigned Tasks: Maintain fast pace with flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and schedules, organizing and prioritizing- Acuity: Comfortable with basic math skills; able to calculate figures, identify issues and problem-solving Environmental Conditions- No adverse environmental conditionsIf you have what it takes to be an outstanding Accounts Payable Clerk and want to join a great company that values your contributions, we are excited to have you apply for this position!
