Position Overview
Janssen Supply Group, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Supply Chain Finance Manager to lead our North America Gross Profit Consolidation and Contract Manufacturing accounting teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
The IMSC NA Consolidations & CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organization) Finance Manager will manage the consolidation and reporting of the North America Supply Chain P&L results, with a focus on COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and Gross Profit.
Responsible for ensuring accurate legal entity profitability across U.S. J&J affiliates and must understand the JOM structure and related processes
This role will own senior leadership presentations for LT, quarter close and forecast, and NA calendar setting
This position will maintain partnerships with IMSC Finance, Commercial FP&A, and various internal and external auditors to ensure reporting is timely, accurate and compliant.
Responsible for managing five direct reports
The CMO aspect of the role will include managing the COGS reporting and framing for our NA external manufacturing partnerships, integrating new products and flow variations into our daily operations, and annually setting standard costs.
This individual will also be involved in championing NA through any impacts and initiatives driven by SigniFi and Transcend/Transact relating to Consolidations and CMO.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required (Major in Accounting or Finance is required).
A minimum of 7 years finance or related business experience is required.
Prior Supply Chain experience is required
Prior experiences with Atlas, Sustain, and CFIN/Anaplan systems are required with a preference for detailed knowledge of our product flows including the U.S. JOM model.
Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
The ability to maintain and improve consistent and sound business processes in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment is required.
Must possess the ability to partner with people at all levels of the organization and have strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
Must possess the ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions is required.
Must possess the ability to recommend, influence, and implement process improvements is required.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

This position may require up to 5% of domestic travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$100,000-$172,500
