Description

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Analyst to join our client's growing team on a contract-to-permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career with a highly collaborative and forward-thinking organization. As an Entry-Level Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing large data sets, providing insights, and supporting business objectives.

Duties:

Perform accounts receivable and billing

Assist with reporting and reconciliation

Collect, mine, monitor and review data

Process financial transactions - tracking time and expenses

Assist in the preparation of reports

Perform data entry, verification, and back-up; and maintain database ·

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or similar Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required

MUST have Intermediate skills in MicroSoft Excel (Pivots, V-lookups, formulas, Etc.)

Some experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable desired

Good interpersonal skills, detail oriented, self-motivated and organized

Good communication and presentation skills - verbal and oral

Ability to prioritize task, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
