Manufacturing Lead

Aerotek has a 1st shift Production Lead position with a premier manufacturing company within 30 miles of Litchfield

Responsibilities include:

Leading a team of 10-15 people on the Production floor.

Operating and managing industrial machines to ensure smooth production.

Top-notch problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Utilizing computer skills for data entry and machine operation.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Experience in manufacturing production and machine operation.

Computer literacy

Must be motivated to cultivate a great team working environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
