As a member of the Raytheon Operations, Supply Chain and Quality Human Resources team, this position is a critical enabler in the execution and application of Human Resources processes, policies and practices and serves as the face of the HR function, building credibility throughout the organization. The HR Partner will have responsibility for the execution of HR processes and activities within the Supply Chain organization.
What You Will Do:
Execution of critical HR processes, including total rewards, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development and employee relations
Ensures Talent Acquisition and Talent Development needs are met with appropriate and timely support and resources in collaboration with the HR team
Advocate and drive for the resolution of employee issues and concerns including internal investigations, corrective actions and coaching
Builds credible relationships with leaders through trust, collaboration and effective communication
Applies sound judgment to identify issues and prescribe HR solutions in ambiguous situations with confidence
Collaborates with peers across the HR function to provide high-impact HR solutions
Serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees.
Embraces and models RTX's core values, integrity and accountability to further advance the organizational culture
Consistent application of HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure impartial solutions
Translate 1 - 2 year business and HR strategies into operational and actionable project plans related to Compensation, Performance, Talent Development, Workforce Planning, Change Management or other HR disciplines
Synthesize data and information into actionable plans and effectively communicate/dialogue with leaders to facilitate their buy-in and engagement
Complete tasks that involve the development and manipulation of data (Excel spreadsheets and HR tools) and analysis of that data
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
Experience consisting of coaching and advising management and employees on organizational change, career development, performance management, talent acquisition, total rewards and employee relations.
Experience in providing HR support and services to a population of 300+ exempt level employees.

Demonstrated courage to appropriately push back in the Company's best interest and to meet compliance requirements
Ability to influence, advocate and lead change
Knowledge of applicable state and federal employment, labor and compliance requirements
Must be able to work with all levels of the organization and handle high levels of confidentiality
Ability to work in a geographically dispersed environment

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
