Job Summary The Junior Field Service Engineer will support our customers by giving advice on the installation, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of aviation tires, both remotely and at customer sites. The position involves travel, hands-on work, and close collaboration with clients and internal engineering teams.

Duties

Assist in diagnosing tire wear issues and recommend corrective actions.

Provide technical support and training to customers on tire use and maintenance best practices.

Document service activities, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to relay customer feedback and technical findings.

Ensure all service work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Travel to domestic and international customer sites as required (up to 20%).

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field.

0-2 years of relevant experience in field service, aviation maintenance, or mechanical systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid drivers license and passport (or ability to obtain one).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with aviation tires or aviation parts.

Familiarity with FAA, EASA, or other aviation regulatory standards.

Fluency in a second language is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
