Administrative Assistant

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pleasant View, Tennessee. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to support daily office operations and contribute to a well-organized and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Answer and direct inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records in company systems.

Manage receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.

Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing necessary documentation.

Coordinate office supplies and monitor inventory to ensure availability.

Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, promoting a positive office environment.

Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and efficiency.

Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned by management. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong proficiency in data entry and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work.

Familiarity with receptionist duties and customer service practices.

Proficient in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus. TalentMatch®
