Pay: Up to $84 per hour | Schedule: 6 AM - 2:30 PM Requirements A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering 6+ years of experience Product development experience specifically within the electrical DVT phase Yield improvement experience Data analysis experience in platforms such as Mini Tab, JMP, or Microsoft Excel Proven track record of leading and closing projects involving cross-functional teams Excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to work with and guide a team of engineers are crucial for success in this role Electrical Engineer Key Responsibilities Lead active implantable product development projects as part of the R&D Hardware Design team. Plan DVT testing with various SMEs. Test protocol development. Perform bench testing with standard EE lab equipment. Coordinate and track test investigations. Review and summarize electrical test data. Lead failure analysis activities.
