AT&T is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Marketing Manager to spearhead Go to Market (GTM) initiatives for our Value Added Services portfolio, with a focus on Security and Edge Solutions such as SD-WAN. This role will be pivotal in driving growth and adoption within AT&T's Mid-Markets segment by developing and executing strategic GTM plans that highlight our innovative service offerings and differentiated value. In addition, this position will support their AVP in developing ad-hoc, compelling presentations for both connectivity, VAS, and Edge Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and lead comprehensive GTM strategies for Value Added Services, including Security solutions (e.g., Dynamic Defense) and Edge Solutions (e.g., SD-WAN), targeting mid-market businesses.
Market Analysis and Segmentation: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities within the Mid-Markets segment.
Product Positioning and Messaging: Craft compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with mid-market customers and clearly articulate the benefits of AT&T's Security and Edge Solutions.
Offer Ideation and Execution: Lead ideation of innovative offers tailored to mid-market customers. Work with Sales Operations and CLM to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, sales enablement, and partner channels to drive awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, product roadmaps, and customer feedback.
Sales Enablement: Develop sales tools, training materials, and competitive intelligence resources to empower the sales team in effectively positioning and selling Value Added Services.
Storytelling and Presentation: Demonstrate strong storytelling skills by creating compelling narratives that connect with diverse audiences. Develop comprehensive, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex technical concepts and business value to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.
Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize marketing activities, and report results to senior leadership.
Customer Advocacy and Thought Leadership: Support customer case studies, testimonials, and industry events to build credibility and position AT&T as a leader in Security and Edge Solutions for mid-market businesses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years of Product, Product Marketing, or Channel experience with a focus on technology services, preferably in Security, SD-WAN, or Edge Computing.
Proven track record of managing programs targeting mid-market business customers.
Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and edge technologies.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills.
Exceptional storytelling abilities with expertise in creating comprehensive and persuasive PowerPoint presentations.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and influence without direct authority.
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to guide marketing decisions.
Experience in integrated campaign management across digital, events, and field marketing.
Passion for innovation and staying current with industry trends and customer needs.
