HUMINT Analyst (Senior)

Our work depends on a HUMINT Analyst (Senior) joining our team to support SOCCENT in the execution of HUMINT and intelligence operations. Your responsibilities will include providing all essential specialized non-personal labor, materials, and services required to assist SOCCENT Staff in HUMINT planning and execution. This encompasses tasks such as data collection, analysis, coordination, and reporting, along with adaptive planning to address knowledge and capability (or training) gaps. Furthermore, you will help the staff integrate, synchronize, and prioritize HUMINT missions, operations, activities, and actions to ensure they comply with DoD guidance while maintaining a strong focus on achieving operational objectives.
HOW AN INTELLIGENCE ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a HUMINT Targeting Specialist, you will have the chance to offer direct support to CI/HUMINT Collectors in the CENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR).
Your tasks will include researching, analyzing, and creating CI/HUMINT Lead Sheets, CI/HUMINT Support Packages (OSPs), and CI/HUMINT Asset Validation Packages toassistCI/HUMINT Targeting and Lead Development Operations Support.
Additionally, you will gather and analyze Publicly Available Information (PAI) using managed attribution research tools to support CI/HUMINT Targeting Lead Development Operations.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bachelor's degree
Have a minimum of 12 years' experience performing HUMINT-related operations in roles such as an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a comparable non-DoD IA operational community or unit.
At least five years of experience in Collection Management and all-source analysis, with a minimum of two years in a managerial position supporting HUMINT programs and analysis.
Demonstrate advanced skills in the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT Targeting Cycle, High-Value Individual (HVI) Targeting, Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, Social Network Analysis, and Pattern of Life Analysis.
Proficient inutilizinginformation databases including HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting, GCOMS, CRATE, and CHROME.
Strong knowledge of HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to HUMINT analysis and operations.
Expertisein applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information pertinent to HUMINT analysis.
Knowledge of USCENTCOM and DIA product lines
Counterintelligence Analysis experience focused on the USCENTCOM AOR
Counterintelligence experience working with a Federal Law Enforcement organization
Deployment experience in the USCENTCOM AOR

The likely salary range for this position is $103,700 - $140,300. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
