Job Description

Lead the architectural vision and strategy for Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives.

Translate business needs into scalable, high-level technical solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective marketing automation and customer engagement strategies.

Ensure seamless integration between Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce or third-party systems.

Guide development teams through implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Stay current with Marketing Cloud updates and assess their impact on ongoing projects.

Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience delivering Salesforce-based solutions.

3+ years designing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.

2+ years specifically architecting within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Deep understanding of Marketing Cloud capabilities like Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio. Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Core or external platforms.

Familiarity with AMPscript, SQL, and scripting within Marketing Cloud.

Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Consultant or Email Specialist. null
