Robert Half is seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing Specialist to support a client's marketing initiatives on a short-term project. This role focuses on planning and executing multimedia marketing campaigns, supporting events, and managing digital assets that align with broader sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical skills and creative thinking, along with a strong foundation in marketing tools and data-driven strategies. This hybrid position requires some in-office work and offers a collaborative opportunity to contribute across marketing and sales teams.

Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Hybrid - St Louis, MO

Contract Type: Contract, ~3 months

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute the Pack Expo event, including logistics, setup/breakdown, and accommodation arrangements.

Lead a segmentation refresh to support sales strategies and consolidate fragmented segments.

Analyze PIJ product line profitability data and identify root causes.

Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to develop multimedia marketing campaigns that boost lead generation and product visibility.

Develop and coordinate sales collateral content for internal and external use.

Partner with distribution channel marketing teams to support go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1-2 years of experience in marketing and data analysis with a focus on sales tool development and competitive research.

Exceptional writing skills with precision and attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, especially in digital content creation.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and pricing analysis.

Experience using PowerBI for data mining and visual storytelling (preferred).

Exposure to technical products and collaboration with innovation teams (preferred).
