We're seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to collaborate with our world-class enterprise customers, helping them leverage both voice technology and Generative AI capabilities to transform their customer experience, drive revenue and reduce costs. You will serve as a trusted marketing advisor to key enterprise accounts, developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that help customers discover and embrace Alexa+'s ever-expanding capabilities, making their lives easier, smarter, and more delightful. This role requires a unique blend of marketing expertise, business acumen, and relationship management skills.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define partner marketing strategy aligned with Alexa+ Enterprise growth goals
Collaborate with key partners to create joint marketing plans, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
Drive thought leadership in enterprise AI adoption
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform partner marketing strategies.
Create and deliver quarterly business reviews to senior leadership on partner marketing performance.
Program Management
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Manage co-marketing budgets and ROI tracking
Lead creative development across channels, partner-focused marketing collateral, including case studies and sales enablement materials.
Coordinate with internal teams (Product, BDSA, PR) to ensure alignment on partner marketing initiatives.
Partner Excellence
Serve as trusted advisor to enterprise partners, develop and maintain strong relationships with partner marketing teams.
Create scalable partner marketing playbooks
Drive partner enablement and training
Represent Alexa Enterprise at industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences.
A day in the life
As a Sr Partner Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate with product teams, creative agencies, research analysts, and business development teams to identify opportunities and craft compelling content that accelerates product adoption. From developing creative briefs to launching integrated campaigns across owned channels, your work will ensure enterprise customers discover and maximize Alexa+'s full potential through engaging, educational experiences. Additionally, you'll partner with enterprise customers and channel partners to integrate Alexa+ experiences and genAI into their products. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking, storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and flawless execution in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Basic Qualifications
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in partner marketing, preferably in the technology or enterprise software industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs
Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics
Excellence in data-driven decision making and executive communication
Experience with marketing automation tools and systems
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
Knowledge of voice AI and enterprise technology landscapes is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
