Job Title: Operations Accounting Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Specialist to assist in cleaning and centralizing historical data for a new system integration. This long-term project will significantly impact our team's efficiency and performance in the years to come.

Responsibilities

Clean and organize historical data for system integration.

Utilize advanced Excel skills, including charts, pivot tables, and vlookups, to manage data efficiently.

Learn and retain knowledge of the Equity system, Optiontrax, and become a self-starter and true project owner.

Essential Skills

Strong proficiency in Excel, including charts, pivot tables, and vlookups.

Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and data entry skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics.

At least 1+ years of hands-on accounting or finance experience is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.65/hr.
