HVAC Technician

Job Description

Install, repair, adjust, service and maintain electric or pneumatic control systems used for building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment, including calibration of related instruments, gauges, and control components

Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety

Fix equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and support - 10+ years of experience if coming from residential HVAC support

Strong understanding of blueprints and TAB reports

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. - Bachelor's Degree in engineering - HVAC/mechanical preferred

GMP/Pharmaceutical industry experience

Load calculation experience for HVAC sizing and design null
