Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and discreet professional to support a dynamic, private environment with a blend of financial and administrative responsibilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes in a multifaceted setting, contributing to the smooth operation of a well-established family office.

What You'll Do:

Financial Oversight:

Support the tracking and organization of financial activity across multiple entities. This includes managing inflows and outflows, maintaining records, and assisting with periodic reporting.

Documentation & Records:

Keep financial and administrative records organized and up to date. Ensure all documentation is accurate, accessible, and securely maintained.

Reporting Support:

Assist in the preparation of financial summaries and reports to inform decision-making and maintain transparency.

Administrative Coordination:

Provide general support across a range of operational tasks. This may include data entry, document management, and ad hoc projects.

Compliance & Preparation:

Help ensure that all financial practices align with current standards and assist in the preparation of materials for tax and regulatory purposes.

What You Bring:

A knack for organization and a sharp eye for detail

Familiarity with financial systems and tools (experience with accounting software is a plus)

Comfort handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

The ability to manage multiple priorities with grace and efficiency

Experience Level:

Ideal for someone with a solid foundation in financial or administrative work, looking to grow in a trusted and flexible environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $58240.00/yr.
