Prepare biological samples-including cells, tissues, and plasma-for LC-MS analysis Perform protein lysis, immunoprecipitation, enzymatic digestion, filtration, and concentration Design and execute experiments in close collaboration with cross-functional scientists Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods for protein characterization Analyze and interpret data, documenting results in electronic lab notebooks Present findings and actively contribute to team discussions and troubleshooting Uphold rigorous standards for lab safety, data integrity, and scientific excellence

Additional Skills & Qualifications

BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field + 3-5 years of experience OR MS + 1-3 years of experience Note: This role is not open to fresh graduates or PhD holders Master 2-3 yrs working exp BS 3-5 yrs Strong experience with LC-MS sample preparation workflows Familiarity with proteomics and immunoanalytical techniques Exposure to Parallel Reaction Monitoring (PRM) is a plus Comfortable operating lab equipment and following complex protocols Excellent data organization and communication skills Hands-on role in protein mass spectrometry, supporting innovative research in pharmacokinetics and metabolism. Emphasize LC-MS sample prep as the core skill-candidates with strong experience here are highly valued. PRM and proteomics are preferred but trainable-encourage candidates with LC-MS and immunoassay backgrounds to apply. Designed for BS/MS-level scientists-a great opportunity for those who want to stay hands-on in the lab and deepen their expertise. Not a postdoc or academic transition role-ideal for industry-minded professionals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
