Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, this role is integral to maintaining efficient office operations and providing exceptional support to staff and clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic administrative environment and enjoys a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls professionally, ensuring inquiries are directed to the appropriate departments.

Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain organized records.

Provide administrative support to office staff, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.

Oversee receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming office environment.

Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in managing inbound calls and directing them appropriately.

Familiarity with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in receptionist duties and creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors. TalentMatch®
