Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Duties:

This role will focus on supporting marketing team with campaign and onboarding program(s).

Cleaning up mail house for onboarding process.

Assist with regulatory mailing such annual privacy policy notice mailer.

Collaborate and provide support to designers with promotional materials such as updating web banners and repurpose/manufacture marketing materials.

Assist with ongoing projects and pending queue items.

Qualifications:

3 yrs of direct marketing experience focusing on project management and understanding of marketing concepts.

Strong communication and time management skills.

Self-starter, organized, and attention to detail.

Regulatory marketing experience with compliance and disclosure.

Software/Tools: Canva, Photoshop, Excel, Looker Studio, Dynamics, Marketo.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
