You'll play a hands-on role in maintaining service standards, supporting your team, and ensuring guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise housekeeping staff with clear communication, ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to maintain high standards and team efficiency.- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and turndown service for cleanliness and safety. Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety standards.- Assign daily tasks and special projects to team members, considering guest requests and priority areas.- Distribute cleaning supplies and amenities at the start of each shift while managing inventory and minimizing waste.- Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.- Log and manage Lost and Found items accurately and respond to inquiries professionally.- Enforce emergency procedures and safety protocols to protect guests, staff, and property.- Maintain regular attendance and be available for assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.- Perform other job-related duties as requested.Does this sound like you?As Housekeeping Supervisor, you create a welcoming, clean environment where guests feel cared for.
