Responsibilities:

Collaborate daily with Marketing Managers to nurture the Corcoran brand and grow our agents' business.

Work with top agents on creative ideation and execution strategy for marketing programs, including the construction of sales presentations, ads, and collateral.

Partner with the technology department and digital marketing team to ensure agents are utilizing the latest tools and technology, from CRM and social media to template automation tools.

Support agents in customizing corporate materials and programs.

Stay updated on current marketing tactics to serve as a constant source of support and intelligence for agents.

Manage production timelines and coordinate with key vendors, including agencies, photographers, and printers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; candidates without a degree but with applicable work experience will be considered.

2+ years of Marketing/Advertising experience, ideally within a progressive creative agency or firm.

Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle all situations with diplomacy.

Boundless curiosity and a positive, can-do attitude.

Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills; project management experience is a plus.

Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, collaborative, self-motivated, and fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
