Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of a collaborative and respectful environment, supporting the production of high-quality components. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively with various materials, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Pay Range: $23 - $25/hr

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

What's the Job?

Complete all final manual operations and inspections prior to the delivery of manufactured components.

Utilize hand tools and pneumatic tools effectively in the manufacturing process.

Perform washing and cleaning of cylinder blocks, heads, tools, and other components as needed.

Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail in handling various materials.

Handle and finish cylinder blocks, heads, and small hand parts with precision.

What's Needed?

High School diploma or equivalent.

Comprehensive understanding of power deburr/edge break tools and their attachments.

Competence with manual deburr tools and ability to interpret detailed instructions.

Experience with various measuring equipment such as micrometres and callipers.

Strong mechanical and component assembly experience.
