Here's a quick overview of what you will be doing:

As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for owning and scaling our entire sales function. You'll craft our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and drive customer growth across key verticals such as e-commerce, retail, and logistics. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven startup environment and thrive on both strategy and execution.

Requirements

15 years of sales experience with 7 years in a sales leadership role, ideally in a high-growth B2B startup

Proven track record of leading early-stage sales teams and scaling ARR from (example: $1M-$10M+)

Experience in logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or transportation technology strongly preferred

Ability to strategize, execute, and deliver results in a dynamic and complex environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Deep understanding of full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing and post-sale expansion

Data-driven, strategic thinker with strong analytical and forecasting skills

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with limited structure

Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth by developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies.

Identify new market opportunities and develop vertical-specific playbooks

Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure cohesive growth

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of robust relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership and the Board on pipeline health, forecasting, and performance

Lead and scale the U.S. teams, promoting a culture of excellence, cohesion, and accountability.

Drive new business through both outbound and inbound channels

Contract negotiations, and solution selling to optimize deal conversion

Establish CRM best practices, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy

Develop repeatable sales processes, collateral, and training programs

Implement tools and automation to scale sales operations
