We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee and optimize supply chain operations for our team in Comstock Park, Michigan. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to manage key processes such as purchase orders, inventory reconciliation, and delivery tracking while ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services. Responsibilities:

Generate and maintain purchase orders across various product categories, including direct shipments and returnable packaging orders.

Monitor and address purchase order acknowledgments, pricing discrepancies, and delivery schedules promptly.

Reconcile incoming shipments by verifying cost, quantity, and supporting documentation for accuracy.

Manage digital tools and platforms to prepare weekly reconciliation reports and maintain system updates.

Track delivery performance metrics and compile detailed scorecards to ensure on-time delivery.

Review and adjust sales orders, focusing on customer-owned inventory and linked transactions.

Resolve discrepancies in cost, quantity, and delivery schedules with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.

Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for order-related documentation.

Handle shared mailbox communication and oversee task dashboards for workflow management

Requirements - Proficiency in supply chain management and logistics processes.

Advanced Excel skills, including the use of PivotTables and data reconciliation.

Strong organizational abilities and multitasking capabilities.

Experience with purchase orders and inventory analysis.

Familiarity with supply chain strategy and data entry.

Knowledge of industry-standard supply chain software or inventory management systems.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
