As we continue to grow, we're looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic and collaborative team Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Documentation Manager to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, processing, and finalizing lease and loan documentation in alignment with credit approvals, operational standards, and client needs. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of documentation, supporting post-closing processes, and working closely with customers, sales teams, vendors, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities

Prepare lease and loan documentation according to credit approval conditions and customer requirements

Ensure timely and accurate processing, payment, and booking of leases and loans

Manage post-closing follow-up in compliance with procedures

Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, vendors, attorneys, and internal teams

What We're Looking For

Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple assignments

Strong communication skills-both written and verbal

Accurate, high-speed typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe

Ability to work with complex spreadsheets and financial documents

Exercises sound judgment and can compile thorough, concise documentation using various resources

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Aspire and/or Lease Plus

Familiarity with the leasing or mortgage industry

Understanding of financial calculations
