Ready to take your administrative skills to the next level? We're hiring an energetic and detail-driven Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic, fast-paced professional services firm in Parsippany. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll be at the heart of operations, supporting a collaborative team and making a real impact every day.

In this role, you'll:

Be the go-to person for assembling and delivering key client documents

Take charge of e-filing returns and extensions, and keep things moving with timely follow-ups

Communicate directly with clients to gather missing info and keep them informed

Process invoices and payments with speed and accuracy

Dive into systems like Bill.com to manage transactions and client records

Keep our digital and physical files neat, organized, and secure

Help onboard new clients and set them up for success

Draft engagement letters and track workflows for the team

Pitch in with scheduling, document prep, and general office support

We're looking for someone who:

Loves keeping things organized and running smoothly

Is a confident communicator who enjoys helping people

Learns quickly and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves

Has strong computer skills (experience with Bill.com is a bonus!)
