As a Sales Practitioner, you will support sales origination and increase successful deal closure in the Engineering & Manufacturing Operations space.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a domain specialist in client origination.
Provide and support to sales teams during client interactions, presentations, and proposal development, particularly in the areas of industrial engineering, discrete and process manufacturing, aftermarket services, product lifecycle management (PLM), quality, sustainability & ESG compliance, and digital transformation.
Create a trusted relationship with the client and understand and capture the client situation and challenges.
Animate client workshops on value identification and solutioning.
Build a compelling story with clients for how Accenture will partner with them to achieve the value they desire.
As an active member of the pre-sales ecosystem, develop a winning value proposition maximizing the benefits of managed services engagement model. Keep elevating our managed services value proposition for Insurance
Influence strategic direction for the @type of opportunities to pursue and the appropriate approach to use for each.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, consulting, or solutioning in the engineering, industrial automation, fulfillment and / or manufacturing domains
Preferred Qualifications:
Global and regional regulatory requirements affecting engineering & manufacturing operations (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CE Marking, RoHS, REACH, ESG standards).
Specific domain expertise with Industrial automation and operations, including functional knowledge of digital manufacturing, digital twins, product engineering, manufacturing execution, supply chain & logistics, and aftermarket services.
Managed Services solutioning
Consultative selling, with experience selling complex managed services deals to major industrial and manufacturing companies
Client Relationship Development
Commercial & pricing acumen
Customer Insight
Industry Insight- experience in a minimum of 1-2 industries.
