Position Summary:

As a Senior Analyst, FP&A, you will be responsible for financial planning & analysis activities for a portion of the P&L. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You and your work will help provide management the data and insights needed to make critical business decisions, while working cross-functionally with actuarial, accounting, and finance teams.

Other responsibilities for the Senior Analyst FP&A include but are not limited to:

Participate in the development of the annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Medicare objectives

Support development and maintain model building, data and assumption application, analysis, and reporting

Perform financial analysis including conducting research and identifying underlying drivers of variances

Perform financial analysis to support ad hoc requests

Must be able to multi-task and work effectively toward deadlines.

Must be a naturally curious self-starter who is willing to take risks

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role

2+ years of Microsoft Excel experience as well as experience with all of Microsoft Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

2 or more years of financial modeling experience

2 or more years of financial planning & analysis experience

Medicare experience

Strong communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to manage time effectively amid competing priorities

Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
