We currently have an opening for a Transfer Care Supervisor at Monarch Crematory - Horne-Mesa. This position oversees the transference of decedents from the place of death to the Decedent Care Center and from the Decedent Care Center to the place of memorial/service.

Overview & Responsibilities:

Partners with peers and/or Care Center Manager to ensure smooth implementation of any new company initiatives and/or procedures

Assists peers and supervisor to ensure all open tasks are completed in a timely manner

Oversees and ensures Fleet is always show ready and assists with maintaining the overall cleanliness, proper fueling, tracking mileage, scheduled maintenance, and stocking of supplies

Assists Team Members with tasks as needed, including filling in for hearse drives as needed

Responsible for tracking inventory and vehicle mileage and scheduled maintenance and cooler logs

Oversees initial and subsequent transfers of decedents from the place of death to the Care Center and from the Care Center to the place of memorial/service

Adheres to all regulations and procedures with the transfer of the decedent, i.e., tag and process decedent properly, including logging of personal effects

Requirements & Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age

High School Diploma or equivalent minimum education requirements

2-3 years as a Transfer Care Specialist

Valid state-issued driver's license in good standing and acceptable driving record

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external work processes

Ability to lead the customer interaction experience.

Professional appearance and dress

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Maintains composure in challenging situations with compassion and kindness

Ability to lift more than 100lbs safely
