Role Overview

Sodexo Energy & Resource is seeking a Facilities/Engineering Operations Manager 2 for an Oil & Gas client in Pascagoula, MS . The ideal candidate will maximize the value of the client's assets and achieve the operational and financial goals and objectives by developing, implementing, and executing an overall Strategic Plan for each property and the portfolio. What You'll Do

Lead coordination, delivery, and quality assurance of maintenance services, ensuring adherence to client standards and performance expectations

Oversee audit and control systems to ensure compliance with statutory, policy, and contractual obligations

Develop financial plans for cost control/reduction and ensure achievement of financial goals

Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and support to promote best practices, training, and staff recognition

Build and maintain relationships with facility team leaders, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals

Drive continuous improvement, monitor subcontractor performance, and ensure compliance with SLAs & KPIs

What You Bring

a proven track record of successful Facilities Management leadership experience as demonstrated by articulated results and accomplishments

technical knowledge of the following: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, safety systems, architectural, landscape, and energy management

demonstrated business and financial acumen with a strong P&L understanding

payroll oversight and budgetary oversight on some services

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 5 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
