Your pivotal role involves vital support for small-to-mid-level projects while honing skills within marketing. What you will do:

Support small-to-mid-level marketing projects, assisting senior team members in their execution.

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, document preparation, and coordination of activities

Help organize marketing projects and maintain tracking systems for campaigns and materials.

Actively seek learning opportunities through training and stretch projects to develop skills and competencies.

Execute tasks under the guidance of experienced team members, contributing to the completion of daily assignments and projects.

Work closely under direct supervision to support clients, territories, accounts, or internal analyses.

Apply basic judgment in carrying out defined steps or processes, while seeking guidance as needed.

Develop an understanding of the team structure, roles, and responsibilities within the marketing department.

What we need from you:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

0 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field.

Understanding of basic marketing principles and willingness to develop expertise.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
