Job Description:
As a Client Lifecycle Marketing Specialist on the SendTech (Sending Technology Solutions) Client Lifecycle Marketing team, you'll be part of an evolving team that collaborates for the best client outcome, and who value each other's input on ways to improve the client experience.
You are:
A highly motivated, client-first marketer responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that support our Enterprise shipping solutions, billing and account communications, postal and carrier rate updates, and client education initiatives. You bring a passion for CX and drive to deliver positive client outcomes on behalf of a business.
In the Client Lifecycle Marketing Specialist role you will be reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Enterprise Shipping, Carrier & Transactional Programs, you'll play a key role in shaping the end-to-end client experience by driving awareness, education, and adoption of Pitney Bowes shipping solutions, carrier and postal rate updates, and online account capabilities within the SendTech portfolio. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a self-starter, embraces creativity, and possesses a strong analytical mindset, is always ready to test new ideas, and pivot quickly based on results.
The wage range for this position is $75000 to $80000 / annually, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
Location:
This is a hybrid role, with 3-4 days in the Stamford, CT office required; Shelton, CT is a secondary location available (No relocation assistance offered).
As a Client Lifecycle Marketing Specialist , you will:
Execute and support email campaigns across a range of programs, including: billing experiences, online account adoption, SaaS Enterprise shipping adoption, cross-sell, updates and migrations, postal and carrier rate updates, and meter updates and migrations
Support webinar and other digital channel initiatives by coordinating communication plans, managing scheduling and logistics, and assisting with event setup and execution to maximize client engagement and attendance
Manage web content updates and collaborate with Web Ops on layouts to support key programs and ensure timely publishing
Create and manage project requests through Jira, aligning campaigns with client experience goals and supporting best-in-class communications for SendTech solutions
Identify client challenges and translate findings into strategic, client-friendly messaging
Advocate for strong client experiences with thoughtful messaging and seamless automated communication experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Client Operations, Global Financial Services, Product Marketing, Sales, Growth Marketing) to align messaging with product strategy and client engagement goals
Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using analytics, driving continuous improvement across managed programs
Your Background:
As a Client Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you have:
3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications related role, SaaS experience a plus
Excellent writing skills, with a focus on articulating product/experience details and benefits to clients
Experience with data, articulating requirements, analytics, and ongoing test and learn approaches
Experience with email template design and layout (non-coding related)
The ability to understand and collaborate on internal and external stakeholder needs
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience or interest working in tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Canva, and Dreamweaver
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
A Growth-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant experience
