Supply Chain Finance Manager - Blackfoot, Idaho
The Supply Chain Finance Manager collaborates with Supply Chain
management and the senior management team to provide strategic decision
analytical support. This includes providing key analytical support
relative to continuous improvement, business growth strategies, and
investment opportunities and initiatives. S/he manages all aspects of
the financial controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and
performance analysis, and actively seeks opportunities to simplify and
streamline processes. S/he is accountable for developing his/her team to
help maximize employee engagement and improve financial knowledge.

What a \"Day in the Life\" is Like
A typical day as a Supply Chain Finance Manager may include:
Partners with the raw procurement & manufacturing organization to
provide in-depth monthly financial and operational analysis.
Manages the budget and forecasting process with assigned business
partners. Provides risk/opportunity assessments to management.
Aligns the Supply Chain strategic goals to the possible financial
outcomes. Develops strategic alternatives to accomplish the
financial goals of the organization.
Actively seeks to identify and implement cost improvement
opportunities.
Manages Idaho and Washington scale team.
Supports the Continuous Improvement Team to implement tools,
controls, performance indicators, and Lean processes to enhance the
performance of the company.

We\'re Looking for Someone With:
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of five
years of related experience and/or training is preferred. An
equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered. Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain is
strongly preferred.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and
statistical analysis. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions,
percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Must have strong written and oral skills, allowing them to present
and communicate to senior-level management and business partners.
Must be able to work within and lead teams to accomplish
organizational goals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
ERP software, Power BI and ExtendAg experience preferred.
