Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team in Victor, New York. In this role, you will support financial operations by managing a variety of accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with company procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in accounting software systems and a strong understanding of financial processes.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

Assist in auditing tasks by preparing and reviewing financial documents.

Utilize accounting software systems, such as QuickBooks, to manage data and generate reports.

Support payroll processing by collaborating with ADP Financial Services.

Maintain organized financial records to ensure easy access and compliance with regulations.

Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management review.

Process expense reports and reimbursements using tools like Concur.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations. Requirements - Proven experience with accounting software systems, including QuickBooks.

Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.

Familiarity with bank reconciliations and auditing practices.

Experience with payroll systems, particularly ADP Financial Services.

Proficiency in handling financial records and preparing reports.

Ability to work with tools like CaseWare and Concur for financial management.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
