Job Title: Yard Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker responsible for performing a variety of tasks in a concrete and masonry plant. This role involves general labor and production work, ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the plant, and handling materials efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform general labor and production tasks.

Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the plant through sweeping and other duties.

Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.

Essential Skills

Experience in general labor, preferably as a yard worker or in a similar role.

Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in concrete or industry-related work is advantageous but not required.

Entry-level candidates with previous labor experience are encouraged to apply.

Work Environment

This position is based in a concrete and masonry plant, which can be a dirty environment and is subject to varying temperatures, including cold and heat. The standard shift is from 6 AM to 3 PM, with the possibility of starting at 5 AM and growing into another role within the plant based on performance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
