Job Description:
We are seeking a strong Finance Manager to join our North America organization within Nobel Biocare. This commercial support role is tasked with delivering financial, operational, and strategic insights to Management team. This position will partner with commercial leaders in the organization and provide leadership and oversight to ensure scalability for top line growth, accurate forecasting, and meeting quality objectives
Accountabilities:
Develop and monitor daily, monthly and quarterly standard reporting
Prepare presentations and key reporting deliverables and communications that summarize information concisely for key stakeholders. Work with business unit to develop and monitor monthly results, analyze key business & financial KPIs, uncover trends and drive both top line and bottom-line performance
Equip the commercial team with basic understanding of finance, ensuring that strategic decisions are grounded in high quality analytics
Planning and controlling of budget and developing forecasts in partnership with Corporate finance team and local business leadership.
Partner with shared service (accounting and collections) to ensure compliance to accounting standards and drive cash collections
Collaborate with both Accounting and Corporate finance on month end closing and meet all required deliverables on timely basis
Support and developing existing and new incentives for various sales support groups
Understand market growth and company performance relative to competitors and the category.
Job Requirements:
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in business, specifically in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
7+ years of progressive financial experience
Must reside within a commutable distance to Brea, Ca (Corporate office). This role is 'hybrid' and not remote.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
2+ years of experience supporting commercial organizations preferred.
CPA and/or MBA a plus
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau or other data analytic tools
Experience with SAP, Power BI, BW Analyser and HFM system preferred
Must possess strong Financial Acumen and information monitoring
Ability to interact with upper management and capability to present and explain financial data and analysis to both finance and non-finance audiences.

Target Market Salary Range:

The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
