Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Day Center
team based in South Yarmouth, MA. In this role you will support The Day
Center by providing intermediate level office support. You will partner
with staff to create a welcoming & efficient office atmosphere. We are
looking for an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with
a positive attitude to join our team! What You\'ll Do as an
Administrative Assistant: Complete all typing, editing, & duplication
for service?s staff as requested Input consumer, family & employer data
in agency databases. Develop & maintain central file of all consumer
Emergency Fact Sheets. Be telephone & visitor receptionist Process mail
& packages Perform basic bookkeeping, including billing, purchase orders
& petty cash Maintain complete office filing system & administrative
records What You\'ll Need as a Administrative Assistant: High School
Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Associate?s degree in office
or business field & knowledge of bookkeeping functions preferred 6
months-1 year experience in fundamental business functions Valid
driver\'s license & satisfactory driving record Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite & Windows Operating Systems Familiarity with hosted & web
services & mobile technologies Proven organization & flexibility Who You
