Workfront Implementation Specialist

Dell is implementing Adobe Workfront as its centralized marketing system of record/work management system to optimize the execution of marketing activities. This product allows Dell's Marketing team members to work more efficiently and focus on the strategy of delighting customers through personalized experiences.

What you'll achieve

As a Workfront Implementation Specialist , you will collaborate with internal teams to support business requirements, assist in implementing Workfront solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure clients maximize the value of their Workfront investment. You'll partner closely with the Workfront product owner, Dell IT, group admins, and business partners to drive adoption, create efficiencies, and scale the Workfront platform.

You will:

Assist in designing, building, and configuring Workfront functionalities to meet business process and application requirements

Provide guidance on Workfront best practices and configuration techniques to optimize workflows and processes

Train and support teams in adopting Workfront and its full range of features

Troubleshoot and resolve stakeholder issues related to Workfront configuration and functionality

Stay current with new features, enhancements, and industry trends related to Workfront

Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user guides

Ensure that the solutions provided meet the required implementation standards and align with the marketing end-to-end strategic goals

Essential Requirements

1-3 years of hands-on experience with Workfront core design and configuration

3-5 years of overall experience in a consulting role, working with enterprise software solutions

Workfront certification is preferred (e.g., Workfront Certified Administrator)

Experience in client-facing roles, understanding business needs and translating them into actionable solutions

Ability to provide ongoing support and troubleshooting in a Workfront environment

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable Requirements

Experience in the implementation and configuration of Workfront Fusion is a plus

Experience in integrating Workfront with other Marketing tools

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $102,000 - $132,000.
