Staffmark is partnering with a locally loved business in Brainerd, MN to hire a Greenhouse & Customer Service Assistant. This flexible role combines hands-on greenhouse and landscaping work with retail and customer support. If you're a team player with a great attitude and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you! Pay: $18-$23/hour (Depending on Experience) Schedule: Full-time or Part-time | Flexible hours available What You'll Do: Assist in greenhouse operations including watering, planting, and general care of plants Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in the retail space Support the landscaping team with outdoor tasks as needed Work collaboratively with the team across various departments Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs regularly What We're Looking For: Willingness to jump into different roles and help wherever needed Friendly and professional customer service skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Previous experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
