We are currently seeking a Test Operations Manager (Hybrid) to join our team in Westlake, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). This is a Hybrid working schedule (1 week in-office / 1 week remote)

Role Responsibilities :

Manage data masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation to ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance.

Manage TDM tools and platforms (e.g., Informatica TDM, Delphix, CA Test Data Manager).

Establish and enforce policies for test data governance, access control, and lifecycle management.

Monitor test data usage and quality, and implement improvements as needed.

Ensure timely availability of test data for agile and DevOps pipelines.

Provide leadership and mentorship to TDM engineers and analysts.

Maintain documentation and training materials for TDM processes and tools.

Role Requirements:

8+ yrs experience Test Data Management

8+ yrs experience managing TDM tools and platforms (e.g., Informatica TDM, Delphix, CA Test Data Manager).

8+ yrs experience defining and implementing enterprise-wide test data management (TDM) strategies and frameworks.

8+ yrs experience leading the creation, provisioning, and maintenance of test data across development, QA, and UAT environments.

8+ yrs experience collaborating with QA, development, DevOps, and compliance teams.
