What you'll do...
We are seeking a talented and passionate Principal, Technical Program Manager , you will be part of the Marketplace technical program management team driving execution for some of the organizations largest initiatives including new Marketplace technology platforms, creating tight collaboration between engineering, product, and user experience and improving our ways of working. You will focus on developing and implementing process improvements for delivering and monitoring programs to ensure team operational efficiency and compliance. About the Team
Our team works closely with our US stores and eCommerce business to better serve customers by empowering team members, stores, and merchants with technological innovation. From groceries and entertainment to sporting goods and crafts, Walmart U.S. offers an extensive selection that our customers value, whether they shop online at Walmart.com, through one of our mobile apps, or in-store. Focus areas include customers, stores and employees, in-store service, merchant tools, merchant data science, and search and personalization.

What you'll do:
Define program goals, timelines, and resource constraints for large-scale programs with multiple dependencies.
Secure commitments for program scopes, delivery dates, and resources, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
Develop end-to-end delivery plans for complex solutions, identifying technical dependencies and ensuring best practices.
Facilitate work prioritization, identify opportunities for improvement, and set @context for team members.
Demonstrate awareness of various principles, processes, and technologies across a domain.
Monitor multiple programs, decompose performance metrics, and identify key risks and mitigation plans.
Assess and manage risks, impacts, and likelihoods across multiple areas of work.
Drive alignment and outcomes across multiple stakeholders through influential communication.
Develop data-driven approaches and decision-making frameworks to drive business outcomes.
Define program success metrics and identify difficult problems and systemic gaps.
Drive proactive alignment across stakeholders toward program goals and results, navigating changing landscapes and priorities.

At least 7+ years of Agile mindset and delivery of managing programs and projects using Scrum and Kanban.
Organization around deliverables using a software system such as Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.

Minimum Qualifications...
