Amazon's Ops Tech Solutions Supply Chain (OTS-SC) plans, sources, makes and delivers IT equipment necessary to empower YoY multi-billion dollar Amazon's Worldwide Stores Business. OTS-SC responsibilities include Product Management, Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Warehousing, Transportation and Replacement and Disposal of IT equipment. Within OTS-SC, the Product Data Management team is responsible for master data management across enterprise systems.

Amazon is seeking a passionate and results-driven Program Manager to join our team, focusing on Enterprise-level Master Data Management (MDM). In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to define, build, and scale the master data infrastructure that ensures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across Amazon's global IT operations. As a key contributor to the MDM strategy, you will own end-to-end program lifecycle, driving innovation and delivering data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making across the organization.

Key job responsibilities

Develop and execute the program roadmap for enterprise-level Master Data Management, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.

Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver robust MDM solutions that centralize and maintain accurate, consistent, and actionable master data.

Lead the process of data governance, establishing standards, processes, and frameworks for managing master data entities across multiple business domains, including customers, suppliers, products, and financials.

Define key metrics for data quality, accuracy, and governance, and work to continuously improve them.

Partner with stakeholders to identify business requirements, ensure data consistency across systems, and streamline data integration processes to meet the evolving needs of internal teams.

Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvements within MDM and related data platforms.

Communicate program updates, and ensure smooth adoption of new features by internal teams.

Own key customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for escalations, ensuring quick resolutions and continuous improvement in program performance.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience

3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

3+ years of driving process improvements experience

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
