The Commercial and International Sector manages approximately $2.5B worth of business across multiple markets and customers in support of national security. This postion will focus Our team holds leading positions in key customers and supports some of the most important missions domestic and abroad. Our mission experience coupled with forward leaning technology investment improves outcomes and helps to drive the next generation of solutions to complex intelligence challenges.
This position will report to the SVP for Business Development and Strategy in the C&I Sector, however, will coordinate and collaborate with other Leidos leaders to include Business Development Vice Presidents, Senior Account Executives, and Field Operations Managers. ?
This person will be responsible for driving account growth. Specifically, the position will own the multi-year vision and strategy to develop the account. This person knows the customer and understands the mission and work. The position will be measured on impact to the customer and mission, impact to the internal Leidos team, and the impact to Leidos awards, revenue, and YoY growth.
A successful candidate will have experience coordinating and delivering solutions in a range of technology areas important to the customer including digital transformation, mission software, maritime, and logistics. The candidate should also have deep knowledge of government and commercial organizations relevant to the customer as well as the ability to communicate Leidos value to a broad range of audiences, from internal leaders to external customers. He or she will be capable of counseling clients on solutions to complex issues and managing the end-to-end customer engagement process. ?
This person will gather and disseminate customer and competitor intelligence to Leidos stakeholders. The position requires the ability to work vertically and horizontally across organizational boundaries, provide leadership/mentorship and guidance to operational organizations and interface with technical, financial, and contracts support personnel. The position will also support proposal development and business capture processes.
Additional duties include, but are not limited to strategic planning, opportunity identification, qualification of opportunities, meeting with the customer, understanding and affecting the customer's focus areas, investment prioritization, branding Leidos solutions, building consensus among diverse perspectives and different objectives, thought leadership, coaching/mentoring, assisting stakeholders in developing campaign plans, and accomplishing tasks to grow business. This candidate also helps develop technical and mission differentiators to improve Pwin and strategic growth.
Basic Qualifications
Coordinate International new business activities across the Leidos enterprise to ensure efficient and effective resource allocation in the European market.
Establish, maintain, execute, and ensure adherence and full compliance to processes and procedures, laws, and regulations governing the pursuit of international business
Maintain and pro-actively track status of all DSP 5, DSCA, ITAR, EAR, and TAA requests and agreements
Develop and maintain a comprehensive process to ensure proper vetting, training, self-certification, and tracking on an annual basis of all International Consultants and resellers
Maintain key customer relationships
Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base
Coordinate all FMS activities
In conjunction with the businesses, assist in developing, tracking, and pursuing a pipeline of international business opportunities
Led or provided senior level input and guidance in large international capture campaigns
BS degree with at least 15+ years of experience
Knowledge of the customer mission, organization, and personnel
Ability to facilitate meaningful thought leadership that impacts the customer
Ability to structure a problem and hypothesize solutions
Experience in ensuring purposeful customer engagement
Experience delivering complex capability to or within the customer
Deep technical knowledge and operational experience in linking capabilities to customer needs
Ability to collaborate with others, internal and external, to Leidos
Ability to develop and maintain high-performing relationships with internal Leidos stakeholders and translate this collaboration to value for our entities
Ability to prioritize opportunities and pipeline
Must possess outstanding oral and written skills
Strong skills in Powerpoint, and Word are required
Up to 25% travelinternational

Pay Range:
Pay Range $216,800.00 - $348,750.00
