Entry Level Recruitment Assistant - On Site

Location: Vancouver, WA

Pay: $19.00-$20.00/hour

We are looking for an outstanding employee who is looking to grow their career with Securitas. As a Recruiter, you will use your skills and security knowledge to attract and retain quality officers. This position interacts with job candidates and potential applicants using various sourcing methods. This is an opportunity to showcase the importance of security and how a career can be made in this exciting & growing industry. In this role you will recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions.

Responsibilities may include:

Recruitment- Phone screening, interviewing, sending job offers.

Maintain personnel files.

Assist with new hire training and orientation.

Participate in job fairs.

Various HR/Administrative duties.

District Manager Support.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age.

Prior administration or recruiter experience preferred.

Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.

Must have the legal right to work in the USA.

Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.

Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Previous customer service experience required.

Proficient in basic computer applications including HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Outlook a plus!

Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment process, including drug and background screening.

Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
