Accounts Receivable Analyst

Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our client in Vancouver, Washington. This is a contract to permanent position that requires someone with strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a solid background in accounts receivable processes. Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable operations, including processing payments and ensuring accuracy in cash applications. - Oversee commercial collections to resolve outstanding balances and maintain positive client relationships. - Perform detailed billing functions, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. - Reconcile cash activity to identify discrepancies and ensure proper documentation. - Analyze financial data to support accurate reporting and decision-making processes. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts receivable workflows and improve efficiency. - Monitor aging reports to proactively address overdue accounts. - Assist in the implementation of best practices for accounts receivable management. - Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on accounts receivable performance. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.

Proficiency in accounts receivable processes, including billing and cash applications.

Strong skills in commercial collections and resolving outstanding balances.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions and data analysis.

Previous experience working in the non-profit sector is required.

Excellent attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
