Our client, a leader in automation solutions, is seeking an RPA Business Analyst to join their team. As an RPA Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Analysis department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: RPA Business Analyst

Location: Onsite (5x per week) in Waukesha, WI

What's the Job?

Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements for automation projects.

Analyzes existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.

Creates detailed documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs), to ensure accurate representation of business processes and requirements.

Works closely with RPA developers and IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of automation solutions.

Participates in testing and validating automated processes to ensure they meet business requirements and function as expected.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.

2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an RPA or automation environment.

Experience working with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Platform.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.

Ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions effectively.
