This position is based at the Hillsboro, Oregon airport, and prepares, updates, maintains, and provides flight information to flight crews and company personnel. Required Duties and Responsibilities - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the required duties and responsibilities. Coordinates logistics for crew members and passengers, including arranging air travel, ground transportation, hotel accommodations and catering. Handles travel issues and conflicts experienced by crew members and assists to make alternative arrangements before and during a trip. Creates detailed Itineraries and provides relevant information and supporting documentation to crew members and appropriate interdepartmental personnel. Tracks flights and participates in handling crew schedules. Efficiently and effectively manages a high call volume, notating and taking appropriate action for each call. Maintains accurate record keeping and coding of all bookings, billings, and transactions; works cohesively interdepartmentally to ensure smooth handling of such records. Builds and maintains professional customer relationships via phone, email, and personal interactions. Maintain reliable, regular, and predictable attendance. Successful completion and favorable results of pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background check. Adhere to all Aero Air policies and standards of conduct. Other duties as directed.
