Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Are you organized, detail-driven, and ready to be the right hand to a busy HR Director? We're looking for an HR Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, warehouse-adjacent environment and can balance professionalism with efficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the HR Director with daily tasks and project coordination.

Organize and maintain digital files, records, and confidential documents.

Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and discretion.

Assist with audits, tracking invoices, and performing root cause analysis.

Manage data, reports, and HR-related tracking efficiently.

Collaborate with warehouse and office teams to ensure smooth communication.

Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high level of professionalism at all times.

Essential Skills

Solid understanding of HR and office administration fundamentals.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting/filtering, and basic reporting.

Experience with audits, invoice tracking, and root cause documentation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced, warehouse-adjacent environment, requiring you to be adaptable and efficient. The position involves both independent work and teamwork, ensuring a well-rounded and engaging experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Alabama.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be

subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
