Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: - Dispatch drivers - Ensures that the branch's financial performance meets Company and client objectives- Optimizes operational efficiency and monitors development of realistic and accurate forecasts- Interprets and ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote consistent application within the district- Assists in the scheduling and coordination of new installations- Abides by all parts of collective bargaining agreements, where applicable- Inventory controls and practices oversight- Responsible for Planogram analysis and optimization - Ensure action plans are developed and implemented to improve SSS/control V-9 (food waste, o/s, etc.)- Drive compliance to merchandising standards- Assess employee's performance through audit reports - Perform Route Driver position, when needed, including driving a company vehicle over an established route to deliver products, render services, and fill and maintain vending and related equipment Preferred Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred; a two-year College degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable- Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless otherwise indicated by state) and good driving record.- Route management, retail and merchandising - Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).- Food & beverage experience- Exceptional verbal and written communication - Must be passionate about providing premier service to our clients and customers- The ability to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
