You will design, develop, and deploy an AI-powered chatbot using Microsoft Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents). You will also blend technical development with business @context to deliver a solution that scales and evolves starting with a lean, high-value Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Copilot Studio/Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse). Bachelor\'s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Strong background in building and integrating enterprise chatbots or conversational AI tools Proven success integrating with Enterprise Resource Programs (ERP) (P21 preferred) and CRM platforms via Application Programming Interface (API\'s), connectors, or Azure services Experience using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or custom connectors to bridge on-prem systems Working knowledge of data mapping, entity design, and conversational User Experience (UX) best practices Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills Familiarity with Epicor P21 schema and business logic Prior experience working in manufacturing or industrial B2B environments Experience building secure user role-based interfaces (e.g., different permissions for inside vs. outside sales)
